A huge congratulations to everyone who participated in the June 2026 grading on 28 June. It was fantastic to see the hard work, perseverance, and spirit displayed by all students on the floor.

Please join me in congratulating:

🥋 Ren Ka – promoted to 9th Kyu

🥋 Fadh Yusof – promoted to 9th Kyu

🥋 John Federick Mejia – promoted to 6th Kyu

🥋 Dermot Egan – promoted to 5th Kyu

🥋 Jonas Ropponen – promoted to 3rd Kyu

Jonas was also presented with his Hanko Stamp, recognising another important milestone in his martial arts journey.

Each promotion represents many hours of training, dedication, and personal growth. Well done to all of you on this important milestone in your martial arts journey.

A special mention also goes to Rene and Sam, who received their updated certificates for the Taisho teaching title. Although the title itself was awarded back in 2023, my graphic design skills at the time left a lot to be desired! I’m pleased to finally present certificates that better reflect the significance of their achievement and contribution to the dojo.

Congratulations once again to everyone. Keep training, keep learning, and keep moving forward!
