Melbourne’s first inclusive martial arts club

Muay Thai kickboxing and Goju Ryu karate classes starting from under $10 per class

Our classes

Muay Thai Kickboxing

Every Wednesday
7:30 pm – 9:00 pm

Every Sunday
3:00 pm – 4:00 pm

Muay Thai is a style of martial arts heralding from southeast Asia. It’s name comes from the “8 limbs” the style uses for its strikes. The style we teach is a modernised style originating from the 1920s and 1930s. Our classes emphasise training at your own pace, while still developing explosive fitness, power and endurance. Perfect if you want a fast-paced workout that improves conditioning, striking skills, and confidence.

Goju Ryu Karate

Every Wednesday
7:30 pm – 9:00 pm

Every Sunday
4:00 pm – 5:30 pm

Goju Ryu is a style of karate that aims to attain balance and harmony with our bodies, mind, and spirit. It is an Okinawan martial art, primarily started in the 18th century by Kanryo Higonna, with an emphasis on “hard” and “soft” techniques. Most importantly, in our dojo, we emphasise learning the techniques as closely and practically as they were (and are currently) taught in Okinawa without gatekeeping.

Our location
